Certified CPR and First aid courses delivered by our professional, experienced and certified trainers.

Blended Learning 

All full certification courses are offered in the blended learning format, which means an online component is completed before attending an in-person class. The in-class session focuses on a review of some of the key online content and practice of the required skills. All courses included automatic external defibrillator (AED) training.

Standard First Aid & CPR-C

Comprehensive first aid course offering first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for those who need training due to work or school requirements or who want more knowledge to respond to emergencies at home. Includes the latest first aid and CPR guidelines.

Emergency First Aid & CPR-C

Basic course offering an overview of first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for the workplace with 5 or fewer employees or home. Includes CPR course content plus wound care.


Courses on cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) provide the skills needed to recognize and respond to cardiovascular & respiratory emergencies for adults, children, and babies. Includes skills for CPR-A


Physical Activity Notice

At 3Silhouettes First Aid we are committed to upholding the health and safety of participants in all our courses with a lens on accessibility for all. For most people the physical activity involved in a First Aid/CPR course should not pose a health threat. However, there are a small number of people who may find the physical activities in the course strenuous. Training involves activities such as sitting for long periods, some standing and bending and compressions on a manikin positioned on a chair. If you are unsure if you should participate in any aspect of the course involving physical activity, or have any of the health conditions listed below, we recommend that you do not register for a course with us until you have consulted with your family physician and have received medical clearance to participate.

  • Pregnancy or suspected pregnancy
  • Existing, or at risk of; back, joint and/or muscle strain
